Week 1: Hasselback Potatoes ****

Potatoes

Potatoes cut
Potatoes with olive oil, garlic, sea salt and pepper
After baking for 40 minutes
Final product!

The potatoes were delicious. Rick suggested that they cook a little longer and a few more minutes probably wouldn't have hurt but I was worried about them burning. Very tender and good flavor!
